His creative practice exists at the intersection of figurative and abstract painting. He is interested in space—not merely as a physical environment, but as a repository for memory, presence, and latent states.
In his figurative works, he engages with landscape, architecture, and cultural imagery. In his abstract pieces, he explores the interplay of color, line, texture, light, and darkness. The invisible does not imply absence, and darkness is not necessarily a void.
My background in graphic design, calligraphy, and monumental art has shaped my approach to line, composition, and space. In my painting, these elements serve less to describe reality than to explore its multifaceted nature.
I do not seek to reduce a work to a single explanation. My goal is to create an image that continues to unfold before the viewer, opening up space for diverse ways of seeing.
